CASE SCREENING
We screen available medical records to identify potential deviations from standard of care and list all possible correlation to an injury (if present). We identify possible damages and their connection to acts of negligence in specific incidents. We identify missing records and make recommendations on potential expert witnesses that would be vital to the case.

COMPREHENSION ANALYSIS
We thoroughly examine the records to determine the four legal elements (duty, breach of duty, damages, and causation). We review hospital policies and procedures as well as medical literature to support our definition of expected standards of care. We summarize all the information in a concise, yet detailed report that is very easy to follow and can be used as a trial study tool.
Our written reports come in all forms: narrative summaries, chronologies, timelines, or specific requests by the attorney. Additionally, we offer the option of hyperlinking the relevant parts of the record to the report if desired by the client.

RECORD ORGANIZATION
We organize the record in chronological order to facilitate things for the legal team and experts who will need access to those records. We include bookmarks to each section of the records for quicker access to specific areas of the chart. Files are bates numbers if desired by the clients.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Education: we provide education on medical issues and procedures to the legal team as needed.
Medico-legal research: we conduct medical literature research and integrate our findings in the summation of standards of care and guidelines.
Expert Witness Location: We offer this service at no cost. We happily assist locating experts within our large network of healthcare professionals.
Expert Report Analysis: we analyze and compare expert witnesses reports, testimonies, and other work products; we analyze the validity and reliability of research studies relied upon by opposing parties.​
